What is Wildflower Valley’s return + exchange policy?
If you made your purchase at our Dublin, PA location the following return policy applies:
• We will gladly Exchange or give you Store Credit for your original purchase when accompanied by the receipt, unworn with tags.
• Store credit (in the form of a store gift card) will be issued when accompanied by the receipt.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping cost if returning via mail.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
• Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without the original receipt.
• If you are returning something with a gift receipt,
you will receive a store credit.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All sale items are strictly final.
• If applicable, all items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, shoes must be in their original box, and smoke- free condition, with their original tags and accessories.
***PURCHASES MADE FROM 11/15/20-12/31/20 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXTENDED HOLIDAY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT UNTIL 1/15/21
We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund
based on the returned condition.
Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.
If you ordered on www.wildflowervalley.com or at a local market the following return policy applies:
Returns in the form of Store Credit (an e-gift card) are happily accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order.
We will be happy to provide a return label within 7 days of receipt of the order, however, original shipping cannot be refunded.
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping after 7 days of receipt of the order + original shipping cannot be refunded.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of the order.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are strictly final.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free, with their original tags, accessories and boxes.
