all about the bell sleeve

I’m pretty sure I don’t even have to ask but – Who's ready for Spring? I mean, it’s officially the second day of Spring, but if you are on the East Coast, this snow is kicking our butt! I actually LOVE snow, but I also LOVE flowers. Hence, the name of my shop, Wildflower Valley. I’m ready for all the color, greenery + warm weather!

With changing seasons come changing wardrobes, and right now I’m loving all of the bell sleeves! They are the perfect way to take a simple shirt to the next level. I love that you can dress it up or down without jeopardizing comfort. Because let’s be honest – the older I get, the more comfort plays a factor in everything I do. The bell sleeve is also a great transition piece. You get the flowy springy feel, but still have a three-quarter or long sleeve top. And with the weather not able to make up it’s damn mind at the moment, it’s the perfect time to buy + wear bell sleeves!

We just got a ton of new styles in, so here are a few of my picks:

• The 3/4 ruffle sleeve top – This top is cute + flowy. The color is the perfect shade of blush – it’s almost ivory with a hint of pink. I’m not a huge pink girl, so this color works! With its ruffle sleeve + back detail you can wear this top to brunch, or a chilly summer night. It’s super versatile which is a win!

• The flowy bell sleeve top – With a medium fabric, it’s the perfect top for the office or date night with jeans + booties. The double layer bell sleeve + asymmetrical hem detail gives this top a balance of being able to dress up but still be casual + relaxed.

• The printed front tie top – Loving everything about this top! The patterned bell sleeves and front tie is everything! Also have a current obsession with anything sage – it’s the perfect transition color into the Spring (that we are patiently waiting for!). It’s a little boho + fun, yet neutral + of course comfortable. This top has girl’s night written all over it!

So, if you’re struggling to find the perfect top to wear with this weird weather happening – I’m telling you, it’s the bell sleeve!
